Trio, Bosque Rio Grande, Albuquerque, NM
$100.00 – $450.00
Description
As you can imagine, I encountered this scene in the Rio Grande Bosque of Albuquerque with a very quiet gasp. There was no one else around. Honestly it felt as though it had been waiting for me, even though the moment wouldn’t last more than a minute or so. As we all know, ducks are notoriously anti-papparazzi, and in an instant they had turbo-paddled and flown away across the glassy pond, touching down at the other end, making ripples everywhere. Albuquerque is definitely a place of many contrasts — beauty and gloom, promise and despair, yet its pulse is incomparable, especially in the high desert landscapes of the animal world. When you enter the myriad lanes and leafy spaces of the Bosque, you become a part of that pulse, enlightened.
